We offer both in-office and mobile notary so you do not have to fit the appointment into business hours at our location. Same-day availability for most weekday requests, and we can travel anywhere from Castle Rock to downtown Denver, Parker, Aurora, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, and the surrounding metro.

Colorado caps notary fees at $15 per notarial act. For mobile appointments we add a per-mile travel charge at the standard IRS mileage rate.

Bring the document unsigned (we have to witness the signature) and a valid government-issued photo ID. Acceptable IDs: driver license, state ID, passport, military ID.

A common mistake to avoid

Do not sign the document before the appointment. A notary witnesses the signing — if it is already signed, we cannot notarize it. Bring it unsigned, even if the form has multiple signatures from other parties.

If you only have one document and you are near Castle Rock, in-office is the cheapest option.
If you have multiple signers or the documents need to be signed at a specific location (closing, hospital, office), mobile is worth the travel charge.

Frequently asked questions

What ID do I need?

A valid, government-issued photo ID: driver license, state ID, passport, or military ID. The ID must be unexpired and have your current legal name (or evidence of name change). Without acceptable ID, we cannot notarize.

Can you notarize a will?

Yes — but a will is best executed under attorney supervision. If your attorney has prepared the will, we will notarize the self-proving affidavit at the same appointment as the witness signatures.

Do you offer remote online notarization (RON)?

Not currently. Colorado allows RON, but for the document types small business owners typically need (deeds, LLC paperwork, POA), in-person is still preferred by most banks and county recorders. We will refer you to a RON-certified notary if your situation requires it.

Can you go to a hospital or care facility?

Yes. We do hospital and care-facility visits regularly for medical POA and end-of-life paperwork. The only requirement is that the signer is alert, able to communicate, and able to sign without coercion. If you are unsure whether the signer meets the requirement, call us first and we will help assess.

How fast can you come?

Same-day for most weekday requests received before noon. Next-business-day for afternoon requests. Weekends and after-hours are available at +$50 with prior notice.
